AP MoU with Astana

Andhra Pradesh (AP) government will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kazakhstan’s capital Astana to work together on building new state capital Amaravati. The decision was taken on Sunday by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu while meeting with Astana Mayor Asset Issekeshev. The Chief Minister is currently on a visit to Kazakhstan.

AP’s working group will be headed by Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P. Narayana. The working group will have four more members. Both the groups will work closely and share their experiences to build a world-class capital.
