Ascendas-Singbridge to build IT park

Singapore-based business space solutions provider Ascendas-Singbridge has announced that it will develop an International Tech Park Gurugram (ITPG), comprising eight million square feet area, at a project cost of USD 400 million. The company would develop two buildings with about one million square feet of Grade A office space. It would complete the first building in Phase-I in Q4 of 2017.
