With the vision to create smart cities and urbanization, the Indian real estate industry is likely to become one of the fastest growing sectors of the Indian economy. It is also the highest employment generating sector. It has been estimated that to realize government’s development agenda there is a requirement of 7.5 million skilled people in the Real Estate sector by 2022.  According to Mercer, world’s biggest H.R.
