The FIR, registered on the grievance of an SBI officer, alleged that a deputy supervisor (Enterprise Improvement Division) of the financial institution “dishonestly and by abusing his official place” transferred over Rs 100 crore from the account of “Rajya Madhyan Bhojan Pradhikaran” to Bhanu Development. “On August 05, 2017, State Financial institution of India, Hatia Department acquired six debit advices from the…Authorities of Jharkhand for switch of Rs 120.31 crore from their Saving Financial institution Account to a number of accounts maintained with totally different banks, together with State Financial institution of India,” it alleged.
