In a detailed interview with Realty Plus, Vishal Jumani, Director, Supreme Landmarks speaks about his luxury project, employees’ empowerment and message to home buyers in Pune.
Please express your views on winning the award by Realty Plus?
The Group is highly honoured on being acknowledged by Realty Plus. This award has reaffirmed to us that even as we’re doing things differently, we’re doing them right.
Do you think the jury process was transparent?
Yes. Realty Plus is a highly respected name in the industry and we hold it in high regard.
What is the USP of the winning project?
To put it very succinctly, Esteban has the best of everything. It is centrally located, and in one of the most sought after residential locales in Pune. In terms of design and space allocation, Esteban was meant to be a super-luxury project right from the beginning. We have followed through on that promise at all levels, using the best of materials, interior finishes and specifications have been used. Lastly, the fact that the residents have literally the entire floor to themselves; it’s no exaggeration when we say that the views are spectacular.
What is your message to home buyers across Pune?
It’s a two-point message actually:

Can you name one thing that makes your project unique as compared to other similar projects in your city?
Every project we come up with is an architecturally unique edifice because we believe in our product representing our brand. Our clients know that they can trust us not to come up with cookie-cutter designs. They also trust us to use the best of materials and specifications, so much so that the Supreme name has become synonymous with luxury and exclusivity.
How do you motivate your team?
At Supreme, decisions are not taken in complete isolation. We always make sure that our team members contribute their ideas at all times. With regards to individual performances, we encourage team members to be forthcoming what they feel about the work environment and how they can improve their own performance. Regular employee reviews are carried out to keep an open channel of communication.
We at Supreme try and empower our employees by taking in suggestions from them on how they can improve on their performance to achieve better goals. Most employees have ideas about how they can be more efficient, but they may not share them with you unless you specifically ask them. Use regular employee reviews to discuss these improvements and make sure we implement them.
Last but far from the least, the satisfaction of our buyers is something we always strive for and it is a major motivating factor for us. Awards and accolades are like the proverbial icing on the cake, and yet another validation that our efforts are going in the right direction.
