What was the concept behind the campaign?
Everyone talks of green cover and green space. When our architects came up with the plans we noticed that a great opportunity on hand with a vast open area that could provide the ultimate USP for our project. Then we came up with the idea of a “Forest Landscape” and the tagline which is “FoRest of your Life”….
So the big idea is to convey a message “Imagine Living in a Forest, FoRest of your life” along with the Largest Swimming Pool in Bangalore Residential Segment and a Sports Academy to support our main theme which we felt was adequate to provide the impetus required to fulfil aspirations of people to own and live in a community they can be proud of…. It is simply, Others Talk, We Do….
What were the hurdles that you had to overcome for its success?
To be honest we never encountered any hurdles while formulating the Big Idea nor executing the same into various touch points. Since the message was powerful, we ensured to put the right images and the specially developed colour palette in place so that a powerful message is conveyed with a visual impact, thereby call to action, footfall and conversions.
Has it raised the bar of expectation for your future marketing campaigns?
Not just this campaign, after every other campaign we at SNN always ensure that we raise our communication bar consistently.
Disruption is the core consideration whenever we develop our marketing campaigns where we identify and provide product differentiation which eventually paves way for path breaking marketing campaigns.
How do you feel after winning the Realty Plus Award?
Every award is a cherishing moment and this year is very special as we have been awarded on four different categories.
To sum up, all I can say, we are on Cloud Nine, overwhelmed on winning this as well as the rest of the awards.
