Generic Engineering bags Rs 215 cr realty order
Generic Engineering Construction & Projects Limited, a BSE-listed (539407) contracting firm, is one of the leading general contracting companies in India. Recently, the company has received multiple orders to the tune of Rs 273.92 crore from established and reputed real estate developers.
The work involves construction of residential buildings in Mumbai and Kalyan, construction of security complex and civil and finishing work for a residential building.
They also recently received India’s leading defence public sector undertaking. This marks the company’s first order from the government sector. The project work includes construction of a security complex in Mumbai.
The company is now all set to execute its largest single order to date. It recently bagged a single order of Rs 215 crore from a reputed real estate developer for which the total built-up area stands at 8 lakh sq ft. The project work includes piling work and shell and core work.
