Hilton unveils dual-brand property

On Tuesday, Hilton Worldwide has announced its newest hotel, the dual-branded Hampton Inn by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton at Washington, D.C. The dual-brand hotel comprises 239 rooms and it is ideally located in NoMa neighborhood.

Phil Cordell, Global Head, Focused Service and Hampton Brand Management, Hilton Worldwide explained “Having a dual Hampton by Hilton and Homewood Suites property in Washington, D.C. presents a prime opportunity to offer two diverse brands with comfortable amenities and value our travelers have come to expect.”

Similarly, guests at each property have access to the fitness center and heated indoor pool with whirlpool. The hotel has two distinct lobbies offering two separate check-in desks and lodging/dining areas – each catering to the needs of their respective guests.
