Institutional investments in realty sector likely to spike
Spring House, a co-working space provider, plans to launch a 6,500 sq ft of co-working space in Sector-8, Noida on Wednesday.
This will be company’s eight centre in the National Capital Region (NCR). It has kept the price between Rs 6,500 and Rs 10,000 per seat per month.
It has tied up with Design Factory India for the centre. Sourabh Gupta, co-founder Design Factory India, said, “This collaboration with Spring House will give our eco-system of designers, professionals, students and enthusiasts an interesting chance to explore the potential of independent entreprenuerial ideas and network with relevant and aligned people from the industry.”
Spring House hopes to launch four more centres in 2018, one in Jaipur, Hyderabad, Delhi and Lucknow each.
“In future, we want to create a hub and spoke model with one large space in one city and small centres catering to the micro markets,” said Mukul Parischa, co-founder & CEO, Spring House.
Among the currently company’s clientele, SMEs form 30% of the share, 50% is taken-up by start-ups while the rest of 20% is shared by freelancers. “We will now aggressively look to attract corporate to our centres,” adds Parischa.
