Japanese investors interested to invest Rs 3,000 crore in Greater Noida
A seven-member Japanese delegation including officials from the Japanese Embassy and members of Japanese External Trade Organization met Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) chairman Rahul Bhatnagar on Wednesday. The delegation showed their interest in investing about Rs 3,000 crore across 250 acres of land in Greater Noida.
According to GNIDA officials, the delegation could be interested in setting up IT and/or automobile units. Earlier, an 18-member Japanese delegation had met Satish Mahana, Uttar Pradesh industrial development minister and state principal secretary (industries) Alok Sinha in New Delhi showing their keenness in investing in the state.
