Lodha unveils new residential project ‘Amāra’
Realty major, Lodha Group has announced the launch of Amāra in central Thane. The project Amāra is spread over 40 acres and comprises with 1, 2 and 3 BHK in 27-30 storied towers, and 85 per cent of space left open.
Lodha Group claims that during its pre-launch this project has witnessed an unprecedented sale of over 2000 homes worth Rs. 1600 crores and within the first weekend of launch, another 300 units have been sold. These sales are record-breaking and reflective of the strong demand for high quality housing in the Mumbai region.
The company has announced Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna as brand ambassadors for the project.
