MahaRERA to provide skilled work force certification
MahaRERA will be providing skilled labour training certification for the first time to ensure better construction quality.
Maharashtra CREDAI president Shantilal Kataria said it will be an escalation of CREDAI’s own skills training programme. He said CREDAI will help facilitate the MahaRERA’s training through its centres.
The authority will certify trainers to train workers for the real estate industry. MahaRERA chief Gautam Chatterjee said the training will help the labour force deliver projects of better quality, which will eventually be graded.
It had earlier started a training programme for construction workers across the country in line with the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal VikasYojana.
