This edition’s Expo décor is designed with attractive façade depicting Mumbai and its attractions as mainstay, wide aisles and LED banners lining the walk-ways. The expo provides Bigger, Better and Easier experience for the home buyers starting from swift registration to quickly getting to stalls that the buyer is interested in.
Additionally, this is with an objective of glorifying everything that Mumbai stands for.
Habitat for Humanity, also a participant and a non-profit organization that builds homes and sanitation units for low-income, marginalized families in India have entered into an exclusive partnership with Pashmina Realty, Mayfair Housing and with Acme Group. Under these unique partnerships every buyer gets the opportunity to contribute to the housing and sanitation needs for needy and underprivileged families when they buy a flat from the developers – Mayfair Housing & Acme Group, who are participating in this Expo. The presence of Habitat of Humanity in the expo would surely influence many others in the real estate industry to engage in such a noble cause. These initiatives are value – add to both developers as well as home buyers.
