The memorandum submitted by NAREDCO Haryana to Mahnohar Lal Khattar, Chief Minister of Haryana Chandigarh this month has requested for review of critical problems faced by the developers/ colonisers of Haryana. This issue highlighted include

  • Haryana Fire department refusal to issue NOC/ OC for the projects already built as per approved plans.
  • Regularising of 33 and 11 KVA Electricity supply connection pending for years
  • Granting of long pending affordable housing licenses
  • Revenue Rasta passing through licensed colonies resulting in litigations
  • Mechanism to aquire land for 24 meter wide roads
  • Time extension to deposit EDC
  • Review of EDC Policy in Low & Medium Potential Zone
  • Un-viable parking policy in low & medium potential zone in comparison to hyper potential
  • Review of density requirements to increase the affordability
  • No License Renewal Fee for OC obtained part:
  • No Stamp Duty on Joint Development Agreement
  • Delays in environment clearance
  • Unjustified property tax assessment by Municipal Corporation
  • Advertisement Policy on buildings
