Savills’ Asia Pacific opens office in India
Savills, a global estate service provider, has announced the opening of its Mumbai office. This is company’s second office in India with first being in Bengaluru.
According to Bryan Kidd, Country Manager, India India with its large scale and consistent growth is fast joining the ranks of the Asia Pacific region’s most sought after locations and is becoming an increasingly important market for their clients.
The Mumbai office will be headed by Bhavin Thakker, Country Manager, Tenant Representation who will focus on office brokerage, tenant representation and project management.
“The Mumbai office is an important milestone for Savills growth in the region, and we believe that we are better able to support our clients both existing and new by offering a seamless service in all important cities in India,” said Thakker.
Savills plans to expand into New Delhi by the end of September 2017.
