Synergy set to deliver 180 million sq. ft. across various asset classes by FY2020
The Bangalore-based project management and engineering services major Synergy Property Development Services has said that the company plans to develop over 180 million sq. ft. by the end of FY 2020 across various asset classes in India.
The company aims to grow its portfolio of projects across all its asset classes, which includes commercial, hospital, retail, hotels, data center, mixed use, residential, institution and industrial. It aims to be INR 700 crore company. The company has so far delivered over 120 million sq. ft. of projects. Blackstone is a key investor in Synergy.
Mr. Sankey Prasad, Chairman and Managing Director of Synergy said, “We are targeting to broaden our portfolio, not just in India but markets where Synergy has a strong presence, whether it’s South Asia, Middle East Africa or Sri Lanka. We have delivered some of the most iconic projects across geographies and have the master plan of 3 mega projects that are underway and announcements will be made within the next few months.”
