Speaking exclusively with Realty Plus after winning Scroll of Honour, Nitin Nyati, Chairman & Managing Director, Nyati Group, shares his organisation’s strength, relationship with customers, and word of advice for young developers.

How does it feel to receive the scroll of honour from Realty Plus?

It is a wonderful feeling. It feels great to be recognised and rewarded with so much love and respect from the industry. I would like to thank everyone on behalf of Nyati Group for this great honour.

Tell us about the strength that drives your organisation or people towards the set goals!

We are extremely passionate about what we do. And I am lucky to have a team who believes in doing their best. Teamwork is what drives the company to newer heights of success.

Steering the team in the right direction is important for any organisation to succeed. How do you steer and lead your team members?

Firstly, you have to give people the room to explore and express their ideas. And then filter them out with your experience to arrive at what works in the best interest of the company.

Tell us about your company! How would you describe its uniqueness or its USP?

Our uniqueness lies in the way we interact with our customers. We are not just here to sell but build a relationship for life. Our aim is to build homes that make our customers happy and proud owners of a Nyati home.

What is the advice you would like to give to upcoming and young developers?

Never settle for the second best. Be the best at what you do and lead by example.
