A mobile-based property brokers network BroEx has partners with real estate consultant JLL India’s housing arm for getting access to exclusive deals.

Currently there is a strong demand supply gap in the market, with buyers unable to find the apt residential inventory or sellers. This alliance will connect customers, brokers and developers, and back the efforts of home search with quality on-ground distribution supported with an automated sales process.

Under this partnership, both partners aim to build a strong, comprehensive, omni channel distribution network of over 80,000 brokers for distribution that will benefit buyers across markets. Prospective customers stand to be one of the biggest gainers of the association, as they get the best offer, along with due diligence on the click of a button.
