DAMAC Properties Chairman HussainSajwani sees at least two years of recovery ahead before Dubai’s property market fully rebounds. Real estate platform PropertyFinder predicts a continued slide for the sector in 2019, as supply is expected to double or even triple while demand remains subdued.
