IndiQube strengthens its market dominance with optimisation of existing real estate in prime city locations
IndiQube, one of the leading co-working and managed workspace providers in India has strengthened its presence in the market by identifying existing, abandoned or underutilised commercial real estate spaces and converting them into beautiful flexible workspaces by revamping their interiors and facade. Given the prime locations of these workspaces, IndiQube has successfully increased its occupancy rates with growing demand from aspiring start- ups and mid-sized companies.
This is the third such step taken by the new age flexi-workspace start-up IndiQube, and the first of its kind move by any co-working company in optimising existing space to ensure availability of good quality yet reasonably priced commercial spaces to companies. Currently these workspaces are available in Bengaluru across Koramangala, Indiranagar, Richmond Road, Jayanagar and Cambridge layout. The Company has also announced occupancy of its prime spaces by clients such as Samsung, Bira, Big FM, Allegis, Enphase in the last quarter of 2018.
Beginning to get recognition for its industry first innovations in affordable flexi workspaces, IndiQube has also pioneered the utilisation of empty commercial spaces in malls and hotels to not only optimise on readily available infrastructure but also to provide its tenants with the right facilities within city limits that could be easily accessible and customised as per their choice. Currently IndiQube has a 2000-seater commune inside The Leela Palace Hotel, Bengaluru and a 500 seater workspace in The Marriot Courtyard, Bengaluru. Companies like Cleo, SAIF Partners, RedBus, Scripbox, Enphase, HNI Auto tech etc. are working out of these centres.
