Marathon Group and Adani Realty jointly venture project at Byculla
As the real estate market continues to improve every passing day, the impact is being seen on the luxury property market of the city. Marathon Group, a leading real estate company from Mumbai, in association with Adani Realty is developing the premium residential property Monte South at Byculla.
Witnessing a gradual vitality in the market, in tandem with these conditions and to match the forthcoming rise in demand for luxury property, the Group is set to launch the 2nd tower of its ambitious luxury project soon.
With over 43 slabs of construction completed for the 1st tower, the JV partners recently unveiled its swanky, new dream flat on the 28th floor of the first tower, with Mr. Pranav Adani attending the inauguration ceremony. The dream flat has been designed by award winning ZZ architects and sets a new benchmark for luxury dream flats. “We wanted to create the dream flat in the actual tower, so that potential customers can experience the sheer opulence of the project. The dream flat enjoys superb views and has received rave reviews from visitors,” said Mr.Mayur Shah, Managing Director, Marathon Group.
Monte South is developed on 12+ acres of Khatau Mills at Byculla. It is one of the last few available large mill lands in South Mumbai. Monte South offers a mix of 2.5, 3.5 BHK and combination apartments of sizes in the range of RERA carpet areas 1150 sq.ft to 1800 sq.ft, with the second tower set to launch soon.
“We are delighted to witness the recovery in the luxury market segment. With Monte South, we wanted to set a new benchmark for luxury projects. While most luxury projects in the city are offering compact residences, at Monte South we decided to offer large spaces that exhibit our passion for spaces. Our aim is to provide an unparalleled experience of luxury with ultra-spacious apartments. With this project we are not only delivering a luxurious residential property, but also attempting to provide the city with an iconic structure that will give a new identity to South Mumbai,” said Mr. Shah.
