However, several things can be bettered and uplifted further with the help of our government.

Even today, the process of land acquisition to project launch is a vast time-consuming tedious process with approvals required from various government bodies before starting work. Following up with these departments is still a manual process. A single-window clearance facility with all departments coming together to streamline the process and making it more transparent will undoubtedly bring down costs and expedite quality real estate opportunities for society. I would like to cite the example of the passport office here, with online applications, regular updates via SMS and email, and a professional approach to ensuring that every applicant gets their results in time.

Another bone of contention is the need for public infrastructure to catch up to developers. There are still locations where communities have resided for over 5 years and still lack motor able roads, potable water and proper sewage treatment. Bringing in these facilities would also be a major contributor to reducing costs at a developmental stage and eventually providing exponential value benefits to the end user.
