Kolkata based Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation is now stepping foot in Mumbai. The company is also eyeing north eastern market with its Shristinagar township project in Guwahati.

The builder’s Mumbai venture, Shristi Sea View is a premium sea facing 42 storied residential project. Located near Shivaji Park, it has been designed by Hafeez Contractor. The premium apartments will offer residential space from 16th floor upward, providing an unhindered view of the Arabian Sea to its residents. The first 14 floors has been set aside as car parking space. The Mumbai project will also offer a sky lounge on the 42nd floor.

Shristi Infra managing director Sunil Jha said: “Shristi Sea View may be our maiden venture beyond eastern India, but it will not be the last. We are looking at developing projects in Gurugram in southwest of New Delhi, Bhubaneswar in Odisha, and Nagpur in Maharashtra.”

“We are negotiating land deals in these cities, but nothing has been finalised as yet. The proposed projects could either be Shristi Infra endeavour or a joint venture with the prospective land owner,” Jha added.

On the company’s Guwahati, Jha said, the metropolis is all set to get a private sector-integrated township. Spread over 250 acres of land at Kharguli Hills extension, the project along the Brahmaputra is just seven kms from the Guwahati CBD. This project envisages residential villas, multi-storied apartments, educational institution, hospital, retail and commercial zones and a club house having a total built up area of more than 12 million square feet.
