Signature Global to invest Rs 700 cr on new housing project in Gurugram
Signature Global announces the launch of its 25th Housing Project ‘Signature Global City 37D’ in sector 37D, Gurugram. Spread over 20.6 acre, the project under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) will have 1296 Independent Premium Floors in 324 plots, and will be developed with an investment of Rs 700 crore. For now, 648 floors are being opened in first phase for booking and will be delivered in 24 months*.
Located just two minutes from Dwarka Expressway, each plot in the city will have 4fully air conditioned floors with parking in stilts where each floor can be separately registered. The low-rise premium floors are going to be a part of a Gated Residential Complex that will have a dedicated lift on each plot (1 lift for 4 floors). The floors will be available in sizes of 2 BHK (990 sq.ft.) and 3 BHK (1250 sq.ft. and 1445 sq.ft.). There are going 5 categories of the floors available under the names of Rose, Lotus, Jasmine, Zinnia and Tulip. The price of the floors starts from 61.14 lacs plus additional charges.

There will be other regular amenities too like kids play area, toddlers play area, yoga/meditation lawn, box cricket, badminton court, basket-ball court, skating rink, amphitheatre, Jogging tracks, pathways, outdoor gym, trellis seating and water features.
